Legal

Terms of service

Last updated 23 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of AdsAnalyzer, operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

AdsAnalyzer records events from your apps through our SDKs, attributes installs to the sources that caused them where the platforms allow it, and reports on retention, revenue and ad spend. Some measurements are inherently incomplete — Apple, for instance, reports certain campaigns only in aggregate — and we present those limits rather than estimating around them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite to your organisation, and for keeping credentials safe. An SDK key identifies an app; it ships inside your app and is not a secret.

Your data

The data you send us stays yours. We process it to provide the service, under our data processing terms, and we do not sell it or use it to build products for anyone else. You may export or ask for the deletion of your data at any time.

Your responsibilities

Availability

We work to keep the service available and the ingest endpoint reachable, and we will give notice of planned interruptions where we reasonably can. The service is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Fees

Fees, where they apply, are those agreed with you in writing or shown at sign-up. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affecting you.

Liability

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so. On ending, we delete your data within [retention period], except where the law requires us to keep it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
